There, we found some amazing romance books that could be made into movies this year. These could just be the best books to read in 2020, maybe even before the release of their respective movies. 1. After We Collided

Scheduled to be released in May 2020 in Ukraine, the motion picture to this romance novel will star Dylan Sprouse, Hero Fiennes Tiffin, and Josephine Langford. Todd takes us through the passionate relationship between Tessa and Hardin. Hardin is a cruel, brute with a rough exterior, but only Tessa can see through all that bravado. However, Tessa is slowly losing her patience with him. She has put too much on hold, just waiting for him to change, waiting for him to be the man she knows he should be. But can Hardin ever change? Can love really overcome all odds in this tumultuous story of love?

2. P. S. I Still Love you 2

This one has already launched in mid-February as To All The Boys 2: I Still Love You. It is the second installment in its series, keeping the same cast as the 2018 release, including Lana Condor, Noah Centineo, and Jordan Fisher, just to mention a few. The story takes us through the life of a hopeless romantic, Lara Jean, who finds herself caught in a love triangle with Peter Kavinsky and John Ambrose. Is it possible that Lara is in love with two different men? And how would she even begin to untangle herself from the sticky web of confusion and unexplored emotions?

3. The Last Letter from Your Lover

This is a spicy read, whose motion picture is slated to be released late 2020, starring Felicity Jones, Shailene Woodley, Ncuti Gatwa, among others. The story is riveted around Ellie and Jennifer who share stories of their desires… Stories of carnal passion and their hidden lives of sweet adultery. 40 years earlier, Jennifer wakes up in a hospital with amnesia, with nothing else to help her reconcile her present except for old letters from her lover begging her to leave her husband. Fast forward to the present, Ellie finds an old newspaper with one of these letters and it reminds her of the current situation she faces herself. So, she reaches out to Jennifer. The tales of seductive encounters, emotional rollercoasters, and meandering drama unravel from there.

4. All the Bright Places

Jennifer Niven

This movie has already been released through Netflix in late February 2020, starring Elle Fanning and Justice Smith, just to mention a few screen stars. Niven has woven this intricate story around the troubled baggage carried by Theodore Finch and Violet Markey. What was supposed to be the end of their tormented lives at the ledge of a tower, turns into the beginning of an enthralling love story. However, Finch’s hope keeps shrinking as Violet’s grows. Finch tries to keep it all together, but will his efforts be enough to save him again this time?

5. Normal People

This romantic book of art is meant to be seen in small screens as a 12-episode series in the Spring of 2020. It will star Paul Mescal and Daisy Edgar Jones, who will play the roles of Connell and Marianne. An unearthly attraction pulls these two lovebirds together, but they are too different, and neither is willing to admit the feelings they harbor for each other. They immerse themselves into one futile relationship after the next only to end up pulled back to each other again. However, as time goes on, they both change and so does everything else around them. Can they put their differences aside and take control over their destinies once and for all? Or will they allow life to drive an unyielding wedge between their fated futures?
